SERPENTINO - SPICY
We grow Sciuscillone and Serpentino, we dry them in the air for at least 50 days. By hand, we clean them from core and seeds. Only at this point do we do the simplest thing: we make excellent products from excellent products.

DOMINIONS
We farm on small lots of land that allow us to intensify controls and guarantee the excellence of the products.

NATURAL DRYING
We dry all products without using dryers. Only in this way do we preserve all its organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

MANUAL LABOR
We work every single vegetable by hand to guarantee its quality better than any machinery can.
